THE CLIENT

Pallet-Track, based in Wolverhampton, is one of the UK’s leading pallet networks. It handles consignments from a wide range of businesses, including manufacturers, retailers and industrial brands, transporting anything from building and construction materials to consumer goods.

THE CHALLENGE

To increase visibility of Pallet-Track’s new website in Google and increase organic traffic over a six-month campaign using our SEO expertise.

OUR APPROACH

We put our knowledge as logistics PR and SEO specialists to good use, creating a campaign based around our research on how users were searching around the topic of pallet services. We then used this information to optimise the website for relevant keywords.​

After completing competitor analysis for three of Pallet-Track’s main competitors, we carried out keyword research to establish the phrases used by customers to find pallet services and related information​.

We used that intelligence to optimise the main website pages, then to create blogs with FAQs on topics related to pallet delivery.

THE RESULTS

The campaign led to a 12 per cent increase in year-on-year traffic, with organic traffic share rising from 16 per cent to 25 per cent.

We also achieved a number one Featured Snippet ranking in Google search for ‘kerbside delivery’.
