Blue Light Angling charity fishing club

We don’t let soaring temperatures slow us down.

This month, our PR team have been sweating over their keyboards to deliver stellar results for our clients.

Check out the coverage the PR team secured in the national, regional and trade press in June.

Reeling in the coverage for Protyre

We utilised Armed Forces Day to highlight the incredible work of Protyre employee Steve Poole and his charity Blue Light Angling.

The Protyre Autocare Winsford manager set up the fishing charity to help tackle mental health issues among veterans and emergency workers.

By sharing Steve’s story, we achieved coverage in the local media, including hits in the Chester Standard, Northwich and Winsford Guardian and Warrington Guardian.

Lifting the lid on little-known inheritance tax rule

Our professional services PR team landed some expert commentary from Prime Accountants in the Express Online.

The personal finance-focused story shared details on a ‘quirky’ inheritance tax rule that is largely unknown, with director and tax specialist Paislei Godley providing details on how the rule is applied.

The article also included a backlink to the client’s website, providing SEO value as well as brand awareness.

Laying foundations for new Miller Homes development

Our property PR team secured coverage in key media titles for Miller Homes West Midlands this month after the housebuilder was approved planning permission for a new development.

We increased awareness of the plans for the development of 95 homes in Bulkington with hits in Insider Media and Your World.

Pole position for Zak O’Sullivan

The motorsport PR team put the pedal to the metal to land podium-worthy coverage for Formula E racing driver Zak.

The Gloucestershire racing driver hosted a local event to thank his sponsors, which was covered by local media titles including Wiltshire & Gloucestershire Standard and the Gloucestershire Gazette.

This was followed by news that Zak will return to Envision Racing for the Berlin Rookie Test, which was covered by a number of sports desks.

Pallet-Track kicks off 2025/26 partnership with Walsall FC

The Wolverhampton pallet network has become the stadium sponsors for Walsall FC, turning the former Poundland Bescot Stadium into the Pallet-Track Bescot Stadium.

We used the opportunity to secure coverage in the local business press and trade media, with hits in a range of titles including Business Live, Insider Midlands, Express & Star and logistics industry bible Motor Transport.

R&Co at the Midlands PRCA DARE Awards

Celebrating a major milestone for William Davis Homes

We helped William Davis Homes mark a milestone at its flagship development of new homes near Loughborough.

The housebuilder hosted a special ceremony at Garendon Park involving the former land owner, which we utilised to secure coverage in key local titles Leicester Mercury and Loughborough Echo.

Did you hear the news?

We also made the news in June!

When the R&Co team scooped the Medium Consultancy of the Year award at the PRCA DARE Awards 2025, we immediately shouted about this huge achievement with coverage on Birmingham World, Warwickshire World and our local Chambers of Commerce.

Lastly, I took part in a Majestic webinar in June to talk all things reactive PR. For tips and advice, watch the replay ‘What do SEOs need to know about reactive PR’.
