Ronda is an innovative Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution, designed to revolutionise how veterinary practices and veterinary locums connect.
Launched in 2025, it now has more than 130 UK veterinary practices signed up and over 2,000 vets and vet nurses registered.
We were tasked with launching Ronda to the veterinary world via the industry’s top media publications.
Following the initial launch, our aim was to then build a strong reputation for Ronda and its founders, ensuring the platform was viewed as a safe, dependable and valuable way for both vet professionals and veterinary practices to fill shifts.
OUR APPROACH
Our veterinary PR specialists devised a six-month B2B media campaign which included establishing Ronda co-founder and international veterinary surgeon Ibra Hernando as a thought leader in the industry, from commenting on evolving veterinary news agenda through to tackling burnout and mental health issues within the industry.
In taking this approach and not saturating our trusted veterinary media contacts with continuous product updates, we were also able to secure valuable press coverage around key landmarks for the Ronda platform.
With dozens of top tier veterinary press articles published online as a result of our insightful and newsworthy content, this then presented crucial trust signals to potential clients in search engines and AI platforms.
We didn’t restrict our campaign to the written word either, again utilising our outstanding industry contacts to secure Ibra an appearance on one of the UK’s most listened to and downloaded pet industry podcasts.
We achieved 39 pieces of media coverage across the UK’s most well-known and well-read veterinary titles.
As well achieving key coverage upon Ronda’s launch, we ensured a steady flow of high-ranking veterinary media hits across the six-month campaign.
Coverage highlights included:
- 25 online articles about Ronda, including extensive coverage from key veterinary publications, including Vet Times, VBJ and VetSurgeon
- Seven printed pieces including VBJ and Vet Times, the industry’s biggest-selling magazines
- One international podcast appearance for founder Ibra Hernando
- A combined estimated audience of around 85,000
- More than 15 backlinks secured to client’s website, with an average Domain Authority (DA) score of 42 across all online coverage, with a highest DA 99
- Direct spikes in user sign-ups to the platform following key media coverage
