There’s no such thing as a quiet month for our PR team.
In fact, we secured media hits right from the off in April, with impressive placements in trade and regional titles.
Did you see any of the coverage we achieved for our clients out in the wild?
Securing the right send off for law specialist
Our professional services PR pro, Chris Box, ensured a top send off for Blythe Liggins’ litigation executive Darryl Barnes who retired after 44 years with the Leamington Spa firm.
His departure was covered by top tier trade title the Law Gazette, as well as local titles including the Leamington Observer, In Your Area and more.
We wish Darryl all the best for his retirement.
Expert PR positioning for Prime Accountants
Our top tier trade coverage didn’t end there. Ian Gallagher, who is also a professional services PR expert, secured coverage on Accountancy Daily for our client Prime Accountants on the hot topic of money laundering.
Thanks to Ian’s super quick reactive PR skills and Prime director Morgan Davies’ insider knowledge, we were able to provide expert commentary for the piece.
Regional hits keep coverage close to home for Miller
Resident property PR specialist Sam Smith delivered a wide range of stories for Miller Homes this month.
His biggest hit was the announcement of work beginning on a new development of 150 homes in Didcot for Miller Homes’ Southern region.
Sam ensured coverage was achieved in target publications Oxford Mail and Oxford Times, and even secured some backlinks to boot.

He also worked on raising awareness of the positive impact of Miller Homes’ Community Fund on local community groups in the Midlands.
The house builder recently made a donation to Off The Streets, an organisation whose mission is to eradicate knife crime in Northants, to provide life-saving bleed kits throughout the local area in easily identifiable locations within existing defibrillator cabinets.
The story was featured in the Daventry Express and Northampton Chronicle and Echo.
You've got to be in it to win it...
We couldn’t finish our April round up without shouting about our own media coverage.
Our team is on a high after being shortlisted for four awards – one for the CIPR Excellence Awards and THREE for the PRCA Dare Awards – for our Alabama Rot campaign.
And we wasted no time plugging our achievements in Warwickshire World and Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce.
We’ll keep you posted on whether we pick up another trophy for the R&Co cabinet. Wish us luck!
