Our team of experts in media relations made every moment count during the shortest month of the year, earning hundreds of PR hits for our clients in February.
Let’s find out more about the print, online and broadcast coverage we secured last month.
Motorsport media race to welcome back Zak
The return of former Formula 2 driver Zak O’Sullivan to the racetrack in 2025 earned plenty of industry news interest in February, including an interview in legendary motorsport title Autosport. The news of Zak’s announcement to join Super Formula in Japan, racing for Kondo, landed just as well at home as it did overseas, with several regional press hits including this article on the Stroud News & Journal.
Meanwhile, one of the UK’s leading estate agents – Winkworth – also threw their support behind Zak to continue their sponsorship of him for the 2025 season, as reported by several outlets including London World and MSN.
Anniversary celebrations hit the headlines
Marshall’s Transport, based in Pershore, Worcestershire, have made a splash while celebrating the company’s 80th anniversary in 2025, hitting the headlines in broadcast, online and print titles both regionally and nationally.
Our media relations team for the logistics sector successfully arranged for the company’s owner, George Simpson, to be interviewed by BBC Hereford & Worcester for their daytime radio programme to help tell his story of the business. George’s interview was so well received that the BBC also decided to use the piece online the following day.
The celebration of Marshall’s success during their 80 years of business was also picked up by industry titles across the logistics sector, as well as local news titles across Worcestershire.
Pallet-Track shareholders earn their flowers in February

It was celebrations galore for the shareholder members of Pallet-Track in February, as awards season arrived in full force at the logistics firm’s annual Shareholder Gala, held in Newport.
Award wins for several of the company’s members including Harrison Solway, Twinwheel Logistics and Sheldon Clayton Logistics were all announced and commended in both regional and trade media titles, as Pallet-Track’s network came together to congratulate their hard work and efforts during the previous year.
Lola the French Bulldog survives stomach scare
There was more national news success for our veterinary media relations experts in February with the heartwarming story of Lola, the French Bulldog, who had an incredible and unexpected story to share.
Despite her relative size, the team at Southfields Veterinary Specialists in Basildon uncovered two huge, basketball-sized masses which had developed in Lola’s stomach – weighing in at a whopping 24kg! Thankfully, Lola was able to make a full recovery following surgery and her owners were only too pleased to support us with a story which resulted in multiple news hits including in Kent and Essex.
Louie gets the birthday surprise of a lifetime thanks to Miller Homes
A six-year-old boy had the best birthday surprise when national housebuilder Miller Homes invited him to visit their latest development in Frimley and become one of the very few people to sit on the diggers and get close to the machinery being used on the site – which until recently was home to Siemens UK.
Louie Thomas, who is autistic, had dreamed of getting close to the action on site ever since he spotted signs to say the land had been purchased by a developer and that demolition work was to take place. Our property and construction media relations team managed to make the arrangements with Miller Homes, keep the visit a surprise, then enjoyed seeing the results that rolled in from several media titles.

The record growth for ecommerce fulfilment provider e2b was championed by media titles both locally and industry-wide in February.
The company has achieved 22 per cent growth in 2024 after a raft of new client wins, as well as its ability to handle peak-season demand within its sector. Part of Global Infusion Group, the R&Co team’s work with e2b runs across multiple services and provides us with a greater insight into the company’s business, enabling us to understand and maximise stories such as this one, telling the client’s story to the audiences who most value it.
