March PR coverage highlights at R&Co Communications

By Sam SmithIn PR and CommunicationsPosted March 28, 2024
Miller Homes employees being interview for Women in Construction Week

We stole a March on achieving some fantastic PR coverage results for our clients during the past month.

Our team of PR experts have been working hard to secure spots in national B2B and B2C titles during the month of March, as well as putting the spotlight on our clients across multiple digital platforms.

Read on to see how we implemented different strands of PR services to achieve maximum results.

Showcasing women in construction

From March 4th, the construction industry celebrated its female individuals and teams during Women in Construction Week, coinciding with International Women’s Day on March 8th.

Our property client, Miller Homes, were keen to showcase some of their female employees during this week, so we sent Sam to their regional HQ in Derby to speak to several of their staff members, who provided excellent content for us to work with.

The results, including this story on industry-leading publication Showhouse, speak for themselves.

Unpacking the Spring Budget, live with Prime

On the day of Chancellor of the Exchequer Jeremy Hunt’s address to the nation during The Budget, our team of Ian and Komal visited Prime Accountants Group to record their reaction live, creating in-the-moment content for their X/Twitter profile and reactive commentary for the written and broadcast press, ultimately leading to this story on the BBC.

Prime Accountants hosts a round table event on Budget day

Later that same day, the team helped Prime to host their first LinkedIn ‘live’ with industry experts speaking during a roundtable debate to unpack the Chancellor’s announcements and bust some of the jargon to help their audience understand what was said, and how it will impact them in the immediate future.

Blythe Liggins

Staff from Blythe Liggins holding branded red vests to launch the Two Castles run

We achieved no fewer than eight different press hits for Blythe Liggins in March to announce its continued sponsorship of the Two Castles Run, which takes place in June.

Now into its 40th year, the run is always well attended and supported, and is an event the team at Blythe Liggins are very proud to back.

Check out our February PR highlights to see more of the brilliant work carried out by our team.
